Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Changing and Replenishing Waste Bins
-
Vacuuming/Mopping Floors and Carpets

Cleaning Glass and Windows
-
Cleaning/Sanitizing Bathrooms and Kitchens
-
Disinfecting Touch-points (Door Handles, Light Switches, Etc.)
-
Refilling Dispensers

Landscaper
Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Conducting lawn care and maintenance duties for residential and commercial properties across Windsor-Essex
-
Spring Clean-Up, Trimming, Edging, Lawn Cutting, Fertilizing
-
Yard Clean-Up including Weed Pulling, Raking, Tree Trimming, Shrub Trimming
-
Installing/Refreshing Plant Beds and Planter Pots
-
Operating company vehicle, gas and green-powered maintenance machinery for leaf and grass collection
-
Working in a team environment and following company policies and codes of conduct
-
Maintaining and caring for the maintenance of company equipment, supplies and tools
-
Communicating with grounds maintenance supervisor with any concerns, issues and needs
​Qualifications

1+ years of experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping
-
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools
-
Ability to read and interpret instructions from management
-
Ability to lift up to 50+lbs
-
Ability to communicate directly with customers and communicate any feedback
-
Ability to work diligently, independently with assigned time and instructions
-
Strong organizational abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks with importance
-
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions

Duties and Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

Spring Clean-Up including garbage removal, weed pulling, raking, pruning, and shrub trimming
-
Lawn cutting, edging, fertilizing and aerating.

Installing/Refreshing Plant Beds and Planter Pots

Operating company vehicle, as well as gas and green-powered maintenance machinery

Working in a team environment and following company policies and codes of conduct

Inspection and maintenance of company equipment, supplies and tools
